Cool Dinos..Help!!!!

160 reef about 4-5 months old....
Nitrate slipped to zero in error and PO4 was only .046
I have elevated Nitrate today to 7.3...PO4 still low at .049
I have ordered Phosphourus to add will arrive Tue/Wed
I cannot believvve after 30 years of fighting to keep nutrients down now I have to add them....

Dinos came fast and hard..all over my rock....very little in sand-the stringy brown type with bubbles
1) I am thinking bring nitrate to 10 and PO4 to .10 (should suffice?)
2) Once my levels of nutrients are above I should add Reef Bacter 7 slowly yes??? keepng the nitrate and PO4 in range above by dosing as necessary?
3) Should I keep skimmer tweeked and running - Yes???
4) Should I increase the flow in the tank - I believe so a bit...
5) Should I decrease lights from say 10 hours a day to 6? will hurt corals?
( I do not wish to do the tank black out complete)

Any other tips/ comments? Thanks people for your help! In over 30 years of reefing I have NEVER had to deal with dynos....first time for everything.

10 & under is acceptable for a reef now.
Even if it went above I would not worry until it got to 20 before taking action, to get rid of the dinos.
