OK. I admit it. Ed did a better job on your lights than I did on mine. Congrats - great job. Love the way Ed did the fans. The whole thing is just fantastic!

How do you plan to wire the whole light system up, and will you be extending the lamp cords so that way you can roll the light fixture any direction with plenty of cord play?

and one more question, if you don't mind sandy. Excuse my negligence, but how did you attach the wall paneling, to your dry wall? Glue?

Thanks jyesum

The light fixture moves laterally - we split the light into two halves. The fixture has been designed to slide half to the right and half to the left due to the deminsions of the room. There was more room laterally than perpendicular to the tank. There is sufficent room to slide the fixture/s completly out of the way while performing tank maintenance or most importantly away from the tank while replacing bulbs!

The wiring on the fixture allows for easy removal of any accessory. Male/female ends were added to the MH's to allow for easy removal. All accessories are wired separately to an electrical box fixed to the frame. Each accessory is wired to unique recepticals. An SO cord will be used to supply electricity individually to each accessory on the fixture. Each accessory will be controlled by the ACIII PRO using two DC4's. This will enable control of EVERY accessory on the light fixture. A gaming adapter will be connected to the ACIII PRO to enable PC & internel access.

The FRP board was glued to the walls and ceiling using FRP glue. The ceiling panels required glue on the ceiling and the panels to prevent them from falling......

Tom - your work was a major inspiration. I was able to apply many of your ideas and modify them to fit our system!

Thanks Lowredranger. Glasscages has been ok thru the process;
they can be temperamental; but they have provided the help we needed. My best advice is to do a complete inspection at delivery, we waited due to the fact that the fish room was behind schedule and the addition of a new grand child the same day of delivery.....

WOW, looks great and tons of progress... getting close!!!

Great idea on the pumps too. You can keep an extra Snapper on hand and if anything happens to one while in service, voila replacements already there!

Great job on the lighting!

Splitting the movement of the rack is brilliant!
