Ooh, a vortech! I'm jealous! So where is your water level at so that it doesn't go over the edge with the waves?

Not much of a wave with only 1 in a 180g can get maybe a half inch if i run it in pulse mode.

yup i will i have a good idea what i want too
picked up some things today, a quietone pump for my 30 gallon so i will prob work on my sump for it this weekend. i sold my saddled butterfly fish(will be picked up soon) so i picked up some rics and mushrooms plus a sexy shrimp too today that i will be adding to my 30. was at pet smart and found this in thier clearance area for $10 http://www.marineandreef.com/Hagen_G...p/rhg13900.htm no bulb so i will order one and it will be an emergency light (i have so manythings in the just incase area in my basement)

I want to see the new additions.....
Will that light be a backup to the 30 gallon? If so what is the primary light, the PC lights that you had?
