Youre tank is really coming along nicely, and the powder brown looks great. hope he does well. Did you get the lights on the other side set up yet? How do you like the Radiums? I've had mine for a week and I'm lovin them |

Luke, i forget now, how did you plumb the refuge ... does it t off of the return pump or from the drain?

it t's off from the drain the drain to the sump is straight down and theres a y in the middle that splits to the fuge that is controlled by 2 ball valves,

feel free to stop over whenever wiz to check it out,,, car broke down again today, so theres another 200$, which was intended for my lights, my funds lately have seriously been terrible, but I've been noticing some good growth on SPS and my pagoda cup and on the toadstool I got from pufferpunk ,,, ive never seen the reeflux 20ks, wonder how they are,,,, btw, im mainly waiting to post pics,,,, because my sand is still somewhat brown =/

So heres some fairly recent shots probably less than a week, old some new additions are the clown gobys however I can't find the diamond goby I added about a week ago to sift my sand,,,, think it was 20 dollar eel food =/ but anywhere here you fiends go.

Thanks!, pics are from about a week ago, and last night I scraped every side of the tank, and it looks so much better, pics dont really reveal how gross the back was , but now its looking better, sand is still really brown in pics and the left wall is nasty in pics ^^, but its better now. sand is getting better slowly, and my flatworms are 70% gone.

looks good.
in the pics under the Ro/DI installation,, i see that the water line comes off a copper pipe and then after the RO/DI process it goes back into a copper pipe.. I cannot remember if you changed that to remove the copper pipe afterwards. If not the DI water will pull metal ions from the copper pipe since it is negatively charged |

the gold rim? from reef plus? the yellow? from reef plus..... i dont know if u've been there or not before but he has a bunch of new cubical tanks set up pretty sweet. the gold rim i got for 25 bucks

never been to reefdepot, heard great things,,, for SPS ive been using SHO TANK, ive seen nothing better yet,, but reefdepot may have it topped.
