yeah i know the apex thing has not been worked out yet but i figured i could at least run the 4 different plugs on 4 different outlets on my apex and stagier the time to kinda get a sunset/sunrise effect (directional not intensity).

Has anyone had problems getting alibaba. Aka alibaexpress accepting credit card payments. I have spent a week getting it to go through. I had to call my credit card company to authorize payment . Calle dthem four time and finally went trough. Now I just got email from twilight the seller tells me alibaba is going to reverse the charge back in 3 days. My credit card company has no idea why.

Bhazzard. You order a twilight fixture any issues. I was using a master card.

I really don't understand why it's taking so long to get the apex working.. I would be willing to pay extra for that feature..

Look at this thread still rolling like a train! Lol I see bhazard is holding the fort down like a champ ... been busy lately but came on to check things out ...

I got a d120 runnin on my 65 gallon just One lights the whole thing up but I also got 120degree less before they stop using them and no optics so my spread is good.... but due to no optics I dont crazy growth from anything other then from my orange plate coral but nothing has died still running the d120 with calms and open brains In the sand with no prob.... still love these lights will be buying more when I upgrade to my 120gal

I member when I was last here there was a few that were gonna try the d120s with 34 blues 17whites and 4 uvs ... I'm curious to know how they liked this ratio and if they posted pics On it I missed somewhere.

I saw some were worried there 32 blues 19 whites would be to blue which I would have said it wouldn't be too blue cause its too close to mine(30 blue 21 white) to be too blue and then I saw they got them and sure enough they weren't too blue...

I had an issue at first. When I placed my order Mastercard declined the charge. Within minutes both my house and cell phone were ringing. It was Mastercard confirming that it was me making the purchase. Once I confrimed with them they let the charge through.

I brought my one from twilight about 4 days ago but used Paypal as a safer option since I haven't brought from them before. Simon said they are making it and it will be sent out on 28th or 30th but will let me know.

I was looking into ordering one of the d120's for my 40 breeder. The product site says that only one is needed for a 36 inch tank. Is that true or will I end up needing two of them?

How long have you had yours now and are you still happy with the unit and results?

Ok , Guys and gals I just got through skimming over this monster thread. It has been up for a while . I have already purchased mine but , have not received yet . I was hoping to get a consensus of every one on these lights.

Is every one still happy with their's? How long have you had them? Would you purchase again?

This is what I got

120 Watt DIMMABLE coral reef LED fixture 120w white blue grow light

My original LED's were Blue Line with 35white/20blue Bridgelux emitters. Originally I bought two for use on a 72" tank, here is a FTS:

Under the hood:

With the shadow in between them it was obvious that three would have been better. I replaced a 72" MH/PC fixture, and the LED's still have me good PE and growth.

I tried an AI Sol in the center, but didn't feel it gave me the penetration and spread I was looking for. Ultimately I sold all of these units.

I just bought 5 new e.shine fixtures and installed three of them. Here are some pic's

FTS: Blues are about 90% and whites about 80%

Under the hood:

I started with a 1:1 blue white fixture and liked it. Over time, I found that using violets, some reds, and multiple color whites provided much better color than just blue/white.

I just recently had this problem, last night actually while placing an order. I had to call in and they had to add some information to a database, wait 10 minutes then I was good to go. VISA security was asking me to validate some info, I would, but it would still decline the charge.

I think that others have said that running a 55x3 120w light without optics will work, but I think it is really pushing it. I have the same tank I am putting together and I am strongly thinking of running two of those bad boys.
