At this time there isn't a MOD to turn on the fans at a lower temperature. The fans currently turn on around 125F. I have never seen the fans turn on when in open air. The fans were added to the Razors for situations where users install them in a canopy.

I had the AI sol blues and really like them. I got the Razor 16k's and the color is somewhat different, a good different IMO. When I go back up with my new build I will be using these again, just don't know yet how many I will be able to keep depending on my new tank size but they are really nice fixtures.

Greens were about the same and my purple monti cap, nice and bright. Made my orange monti cap and orange mushrooms pop more color wise. All and all, nice coloring for me. I can't compare to a Vega, Radion or Mitrus, only the SOL Blue.

Here are some pics of my Cadlights 50 with a 16K 20.5" Razor. I've got a Kessil a150 12K on the back because I didn't feel the maxspect alone was enough coverage. I was getting shadows without it and kept it even though the plan was to sell the Kessil once I got the Razor.

I am really looking into these fixtures for my new 90g (two 120w fixtures). How did you guys sync more than 1 fixture? Did setting them separately bug you?
Thanks

Strange. Mine hangs off the ceiling. Fans have never turned on. Could it be defective??

I am also blasting my tank with the light now. I have 100% for both blue and white for four hours. I found, once acclimated, the corals that lost their colour regains it back as the light gets ramped up to higher settings.

Anybody got these mounted inside a canopy? The legs they come with won't work over a glass tank with glass tops if inside a canopy. How are folks mounting these inside canopies? Pictures would be great. Thanks.
