Okay. Here are mine.

First is the Sailfin - nicknamed Pig because, sometimes we think he lives at the top of the water waiting to be fed. We walk by the tank and can almost see his tongue hanging out and his tail wagging.

This is the Powder Brown - nicknamed PITA (having nothing to do with the bread) - for the first three months we had him he would eat NOTHING except ogo. Whatever you can suggest, we tried. It didn't work. It was ogo or nothing. Finally, at MAX last weekend we bought some pellets called Ultracolor and he eats those.

This is the Ctenochaetus (I'd guess cyanocheilus). Not sure much about him except that he was really bright yellow with a sapphire blue eye when I bought him and as he's aged, he's become much more drab and much more neurotic.

Here are some frolicking
"Are you ogo? Are you ogo? I'll eat you if you're ogo!"

Previously posted in the reef discussion forum but there are alot more tang experts here:

Sailfin scar?
I just noticed this patch on my sailfin behind the pectoral fin---Wasn't there last week.

I do not know if it is a hit from reef rock or another fish or a fungus/parasite.
There has been no ich or any disease in the tank for 2 plus years and nothing new has been added in a couple of months

Here is a pic --difficult--because these guys don't sit still for portraits very easily

My newest fish is a juvenile chocolate tang, less than 3" total length, eating within minutes, very active, very aware. I'm very happy.

nice pics, I have seen MANY variations of coloration on the D. sailfin. I have one that looks like yours also, but this one I am not sure of because he seems inbetween the two.

Here is my Kole Tang in my recently converted barebottom. Not a great pic but he is hardly ever still and this is the best shot after about 10 attempts.

Has anyone had any luck with the clown tang and other tang species in the same tank? Say, PBT, Sailfin, Naso....? I read the clown is very aggressive.
