Love the Xmas tree worms. How long have they been in the tank, i.e. how long have you managed to keep them?

Thx,

Dave.M

Thanks guys.

They're a recent addition Dave, but I know people who have kept them for years without a problem.

How do you feed the tube worms?

I have never actually direct fed anything in my tank.

What I do though is feed the tank. I make sure that there are a variety of foods going in, both large and small, both frozen and dry. The tank gets fed at least three times a day.

I also don't have a filter sock, underskim and have a cryptic zone in my sump.

I guess I like to buck trends, but I don't really like the sterile systems that seem to be popular with some lately.

Rod, do you have an Ora German blue polyp digi in the center of your tank that's growing high? If not, what is it? I like.

No it's not, it's my Teal stag with purple growth tips. This is an old photo.

It is now approximately 2ft wide and 2ft tall. I've recently cut about 6inches off the top as it was nearly at the water surface. It made about 30 large frags lol.
