Jexrod, take the crab out and place it in a clear or white container with tank water and snap a few pics from different angles. Thanks!

If that is an operculumn, the snail is most likely dead. It's that little trap door that sort of seals them inside there shell.

The second picture looks kind of like an aiptasia.
I'm not really sure about the first one though. Galaxea perhaps? |

The first one looks like the skeleton of a goniopora or alveopora.

I have found four very long thin worms in my caulerpa. You can see them in the attached picture. The three worms in the left outline are a bit clearer. I watched them for a bit and it appears they assume this "anchoring" posture from the rock to the bottom of the tank. While with the head portion of their body they squirm around the bottom. they seem to be dragging grains of sand up to the rock, sliding them along their bodies. I have not seen any sand tunnels, or anything else they might have made from sane for that matter. The head half looks to have five dark spots along the top of it while the end half is just plain translucent.
I've done some reading about different kinds of worm in an attemp to ID them. While they have some things in common with a few types, they don't quite fit the bill enough for me to be certain. I appreciate any help. Thanks! Also, please follow the link below for the image. I think I'm not allowed to post images. https://www.dropbox.com/s/xgaypc1iycrwtuy/photo1.JPG |
