Beautiful setup. Can't wait to see the FTS once your fish are out of QT.

Multibars!!! I've got a trio of them I got of LA DD. They are really incredible to watch!!! You can find them pretty common now, but the problem is acclimating them to foods and aquarium conditions!!!

Very nice Ryan

There is not another fish in the hobby with the personality and interaction like pygmy angels. Some say they are harder on a tank than a large angel, but its well worth it in my opinion.

So....what'cha got in QT

Yes you do!

I've always been soo inspired by DeepSea's efflo's that I wanted to try it out in my tank. So i put my Soli on one of those rock mounds covering the Closed Loop returns!!! Now its growing out nicely in all directions!!! Im thinking of putting my $500 efflo on the other...

Thanks Mark!

Im really taking a liking to them.

I've got a Rhomboid Trio and a black tang in one, and the other is sitting idle waiting for my Ventralis!!!

Hi Dan!

No, they are doing much better now. They had some velvet, but i got it before it did too much damage! They have another 6 weeks or so. I've got them in copper and hypo now and i want to do another round of copper and 2 more rounds of prazi before i release them into the display...

You can do hypo with copper or are you talking about 2 separate QT's??

You can do Hypo and copper at the same time! My fish had no negative reactions to it. i'll also dose prazi while in copper and hypo! I spend a lot of time keeping an eye on them!

If I can make this tank look half as good as Dave had it looking I will be doing something, it was absolutely gorgeous when I went to see it, I hated to see him take it apart. I don't have a thread but probably should start one just to ask all my stupid questions all in one spot.

We just finished the stand and are in the process of plumbing the sumps. I am using rock from my 180g but I had a velvet outbreak so I am letting the rock sit fallow, its been 7 weeks and I may leave it another 6-8 weeks. I understand our rock is our biological filter but it seems to cause more trouble than its worth, holds phosphates and is a breeding ground for parasites, are we sure this is the way to go, why not use fake rock and bump our filtration another way???

Do you consider your DT ich free? Do you qt corals? So many questions.
