Wow nice build, very good stuff! In a couple of weeks of time, I will have my own build of my first aquarium. If you don't mind i might base my design on your stand, difference is, my aquarium is going to be a room divider. Once again, awesome build thread!

Thanks. Yes. Unfortunately all fairy wrasses are good jumpers. I have an enclosed canopy so hopefully that will do it. Haven't lost one yet since setting that up.

HE WASN'T PLANNING ON BUYING ANYTHING.....but went to the supplier with wads of cash who carries around $$$$. i had to stop at the bank before we went 'cause I WAS PLANNING ON PICKING UP SOME FISH.(which immediately went into hiding after being released. only see one blotched anthias who wedged himself into a nook in the rock and the head of the mystery wrasse poking out under another rock)

Those are the most colorful and healthiest wrasses I have ever seen! Your photographs are spectacular. It looks to me like you found your solution to the algae. You should have things turned around in no time. Look forward to seeing more.

Thanks guys. I am really loving the labouti. He seems to be all settled in. No more aggression and he is out and about all day.
The naso and the urchin have been doing an awesome job on the lobophora algae. I will try to get a progress shot tomorrow. As for an FTS, this is the most recent one I have. Something a little different... including our messy living room completely overrun with toys |

Currently I have: Male Hawaiian Flame Wrasse Male Labouti Wrasse Radiant Wrasse Lightning Wrasse Clown Diamond Watchmen Goby Fathead Anthias Kole Tang Naso Tang (small... 3". In temporarily to take care of algae problem) I will be adding a female Hawaiian Flame as soon as I get my hands on another one. Thinking of taking out the Kole and the Lighting (getting very large) to make room for more Fairy Wrasses |
