The 16 isn't all that blue it still has plenty of reds, whites and warm white. Most people with the 16k still run the blue channel higher than the white.

What is your setting right now, because i have 2 razor on my 90 gallons for 2 month and i am a little bit worry to go over 80% channel A and 100% channel B.

What is the best setting to get the best color whitout bleaching the SPS.
Thanks - mine currently peaks at 80% & 100%. I haven't really had any concerns with bleaching - just prefer the bluer look at that setting. If you want to go higher, you could dial channel A up 5% a week until you reach 100%. Best of luck to you!

updated time sequence
1-10:00 a 0% b 0%
2-11:30 a 37 % 50%
3-13:30 a 74% b 100%
4-18:30 a 74% b 100%
5-20:30 a 37% b 50%
6-22:00 a 0% b 0%

This light has a beautiful spectrum! even at lower percentages. Im very impressed! I will slowly be ramping the daylight A channel, but for now im taking it slow until I figure out the percentage that overall looks the best and makes the corals look amazing. My hands are still tied if I want it more blue or less blue...but that grain of salt comes with LEDs! soo happy I don't have to change/buy bulbs to get the color I want especially at $20 dollars a pop roughly.

Has anyone been able to use the mounting system for this fixture on a Nuvo 38G aquarium? The tank is JUST under the 24" minimum requirement for the mounts according to MaxSpect's website.

Yea, please do! The style and performance of the Razor would compliment the Nuvo tank very well

There is a guy in the nano forum with a 120w and a Nuvo 16 but I don't know if he has tried the legs. I considered all the options and felt that the 120w razor was the best bang for my buck on the Nuvo 38. Coralvue said mine won't show up for two weeks.

I will be getting this light soon, probably in 2 weeks. I will post pictures of before and after from my old light setup to my new razor. I can't freaking wait!

On the 27" the pads are about 3 1/3" × 3 2/3". Thats not exact but pretty close. They are spaced approx 3" apart.

Almost invisible, nice. I would replace those glass lids with a DIY screen top.

Purchased ss rods to connect all lights to avoid hanging each individually.

what's the maxspect razor recommendation for a 6' 125g?
3 20"?
2 27"?

I have an aggressive tank with some hardy corals...
would these lights be overkill for me?

thanks!

Adjust the mounting bracket and it fits fine over a Nuvo 38. If you angle the glass cover properly, you can remove the cover without moving the lights.

3 20" if you have 2 braces. 2 27" if you have 1 brace.
