I agree. However they will eat PE mysis, cyclopeeze, fish roe, etc. If you are mixing species make sure they are females.

Some interesting reading; also, it is not luck to keep them successfully. If you have the right tank and right food, it should work fine with a healthy fish. I recommend LFS purchases where you can see the fish eat.

Ok so my tank is just about pushing close to a year now is that good and I have pods in the tank and a ton now cause there haven't been fish in the tank is that ok? also if i put three different species in will they all turn male? None? One?

Oh and theres a good amount of live rock plus live sand
