I'm not Mike, but those two joists already carry load. Maybe you could sister the outer two joists (that are carrying load) to joists that are otherwise not carrying load, to spread the load to more than 4 joists?

Absolutely adding the extra 2x10 (sistering) to the existing 2x10's where the tank is located is equally as strong, if not more . Basically, a double 2x10 has only slightly less bearing capacity than a 4x10 beam. The difference being that 4x members when used are normally upgraded to DF#1 grade. I would double the joists, nailing the joists together with 16D's @ 6"OC staggered.

Doing this, will help tremendously. For $35, I would still have one of the jacks on hand. Good luck!
