What I noticed is its like the same height just more caves.. Should I just make one side taller than the other? Left taller, right shorter?

I think I'm going to re-do it.. what do you think?

You keep moving your rocks, and thats great. But each time you stack them you kinda make like a brickwork pattern out of em. Move some out in front, stack some up on end, some on there side, some sideways. It looks like you just have a straight up wall of rocks right now. You need to create a more organic feel imo. However, dont feel bad. I have probably re arranged my tank like a thousand times.

Thanks for the tips. I am currently taking a break from re-doing it, I am making 2 pillars with caves in between. This one defenetley doesn't look like bricks.. I'm almost done if I can get this rock stable

OK here it is. 2 equal pillers, both with caves in the middle and the bottom. Took me forever to put them in a spot they wouldn't move.

I think its more natural now... what do you think of it now? I think a good variety of sps could go on the highest part of the pillars and eventually reach the top.

I wish I could.. I don't have anymore rock! I did find one big piece of live rock burried under the sand though! lol

I'll have to get more rock from my lfs, I'm curious if it'll cause my ammonia to rise again. It finally hit 0 in less than 2 days.

What do you guys think of buying some tonga branch and using it as a bridge type of rock to hit the top?

do you just stack up the rocks or do you have to support it with something like glue?

Its ok rort.

I just stack them. It took me a while to figure out a position as to where the rocks wouldn't move. (1 hour)
