I'm using 1/4" aquarium airline tubing. The tip and all the way up the tube crusts up on the alk side. I'm using Two little Fishes Part A B supplement. I dose direct to the tank (powerhead) I'm wondering if the light could be causing some of the crustification (new word).
Prange Way where do you get silicon tubing? Is it specialty?

General

I actually just got mine at a petco, had ordered the Aquadoser and no tubing, and decided standard cheap air line was probalby a bad idea, so ran to the local Petco and grabbed it. Hunted around the site it, that's it. General and Cheap.

Also might check on how you have the dosers setup I use.

So your only using two check valves. Mine came with 4 so I am using them on all lines in and out. I guess I only need them on the set coming into the tank. Every thing is the same other than that and the fact that I have no solid tubing. I a pretty sure the tubing I am using is also the flexible silicone tubing, kinda stretchy stuff. The problem area is the last 8" with the crustification. Maybe I'll have to try some more combo's of tubing.

Ok I think I may have figured some of the problem. I found a new set of directions online and it says the outlet should be positioned above the tank or sump. Mine is not. I hope this fixes the problem. Thanks for all the responses
