I read the threads that you posted. I saw two people with very short answers make a comment about using algae removing chemicals. 90% of the answers were regarding water params and what was being done to keep them in line.

If you do it right the first time. You will never have to add any chemicals to the tank. That was my point. K.I.S.S.
