hey guys, this is what the guy at the store has me feeding the snails, corals, crabs and shrimp in the tank.

Its from reef nutrition, one type each day but from what you guys are telling me i shouldnt be feeding every day right now.

Also guys, what your take on a good RO system, i was looking for one around 30gpd, i figured that should be good for my 75gallon tank, what do you guys think, should i go bigger or will that work just fine.

OK this is my plan for the next few week,

1)Get an RO system. ASAP
2) research and upgrade the lighting.ASAP
3)Research and find a better skimmer.

4) i might be building a whole new sump setup if i keep adding things up. Might be drilling a while through the floor into the basement and setup a sump down there. I like my current setup its just iam running out of room in the cabinet to put everything i want to get in there.

Hey how often do you guys do your water changes?

thanks for all the help.

the CSS superskimmer 220 is a good unit if you follow the instructions for set up. Ive NEVER had a problem with mine. Its plumbed into a gallon milk jug that i empty once a week or so. My tank has been established for 3 years using that same skimmer and it is pretty heavily stocked. Its just a matter of care and attention to the instructions.

what do you mean you use "filtered" water and not RO??? Filtered through what?

VIN,

When i say filtered water, i am talking about a filter we installed in the house just for drinking water.
