I don't mind gardening, I hate aquascaping, building things, and hate landscaping. I cringe when I try to read instructions on a DIY project.

I would love to upgrade to a 200g+ tank in the next few years if I ever move into different house (roughly 2 to 3 years away from that endeavor.) The fact is, the plumbing terrifies me. I don't know anything about getting pipes to work the way I want and valves, and water flow and physics.

So, DIY Plumbing for a large tank may actually prevent me from having a large tank because I simply won't understand the plumbing aspect of it. Same with landscaping. I had my 60 year old parents landscape our yard for us a couple years ago. I had no clue where to begin, I watched my dad with the bobcat and was like, how did he figure out how to place the dirt so it formed exactly what we were looking for.

I just have problems figuring out how to get to where I want. I know what I want, just not how to get there and I hate trying to figure it out because I always feel like i"m going to mess it up.

I'm redoing my landscape currently using nothing but native plants. Not sure if that counts as gardening but I have too many deer and rabbits around to safely grow anything else.
