A lot has been completed here!
Hi ReefCentral!
While piecing together all the great advice I got from you all, both publicly and privately, and AWESOME help from my Reef Advisor, I was able to make quite a bit of progress. I did buy the Laguna Max-Flo 4200 (Which I currently love it's performace and great glow) 265 Gallon Perfecto Tank with a 130 Gallon DYI Glass Sump I WILL NOT CLOSE THIS PHOTOBUCKET ACCOUNT SO THAT THIS LINK IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE Here are a few main photos. The Sump Design Dimensions are slightly different then above, but almost the same. Thank you all, and as always, I'm always all ears to all your advice!! I'M NO WHERE NEAR DONE YET Still need ATO, (which I already saw an excellent Video on how to set it up) I'll be working on that next. And I'll also be fastening the Vaccum hose drains better and more permanent. The tie Wraps are temporary. LoyalReef Last edited by LoyalReef; 01/16/2011 at 10:08 PM. |

I always thought unskimmed water was more desirable for feeding the refugium... with the idea that it would feed the life in that section and promote the growing of pods, etc.
