I don't have 1 single white bulb and my tank is still insanely bright...the purple plus bulbs are amazingly bright.

I wanted to try and post some pics but my camera sucks and I suck even more at taken photos...

The spectrum of the KZ Fiji purple peaks more in the red intensity and the purple plus peaks more in the orange. They are not the same bulb at all.

My camera picks up way to much blue spectrum when I take pics.

You were right though. When I was using 6 B+ and 2 FP I thought the tank was too blue. But with 4 B+, 2 UVL actinics, 2 FP the color is perfect.

I think these bulbs are fantastic base of the pics here.

But wouldn't the purple plus be a little better than the fiji considering the purple plus is newer and they have better phoshurs?

Go find GrimReefer's T5 Q&A thread and then go from there.

I followed his recommended bulbs and placement and got excellent results

Current config is:
1. Blue
2. ATI Purple Plus or Fiji Purple
3. Blue
4. GE 6500K
5. Blue
6. Blue
