Indeed. They don't specify run time for low loads. I even emailed APC a few times trying to get more info. I finally rolled the dice. Somehow I came up with a guess that 1300VA or 1500VA would be about the sweet spot. So I bought both. The 1300 worked best for low loads so the 1500 is on my PC now.
