Vortech.....

I would like to see Cal/Alk/Mg probes for RKL and similar controllers. This would be extremely difficult to do though as they would need constant calibration (each use).

Yeah But if you dont have 1000s of dollars to spend on your tank like me I dont have the money to buy a couple of them. So I want a smaller pump thats cheaper....

I would like to see more salt only stores. We had one here for a while, but there just wasn't enough interest in the hobby to sustain it and it closed.

Sexual reproduction of critters like anemones and many LPS corals. As of now, the vast majority of these animals are still being collected in the wild. With one anemone producing tens of thousands of eggs in one spawn, we could put an end to wild collection.

Advancements in lighting, test kit accuracy and better local fish stores.

Probes for CA/ALK/MAG

That would be amazing, and would probably spend upwards of $500 just to have those being displayed at all times like on my apex controller

An affordable top of the line auto water changer.
Also, a protective substance to put on the glass to prevent algae growth on the glass would be nice.

we're missing the fact that we're spending all our money online, where companies keep their stuff in warehouses where rent is much cheaper then stores, and we buy the stuff online cuz they pass the savings onto us. my lfs took down their saltwater section in plans to make it better but then whatever the problem maybe hes not able to raise the money to rebuild it, all he has is his main dt, accessaries and metal halides still hanging, but an empty floorspace now without tanks. he still has the freshwater section and reptile section to keep his business alive.

i still consider buying stuff from lfs if their price is still alittle higher then online stuff+shipping, i justified spending alittle bit more at lfs so i wouldnt have to wait for the item.

+1 I had to modify my stand to fit the sump under it too.
Shouldnt be that hard to fit a 20g sump under a 55g
Wasnt that big of a hassle but I agree they should make them more spacious on the inside
