Seems to be a little confusion on who is asking what. I started the thread and have the 60 gallon tank with the 75 lbs of live rock; a few others has have jumped in and asked the same question. Anyways, thanks for the advice and I plan on doing a 10% water change today and I will be waiting awhile before I add any livestock.

As far as filtration I have a sump with filter sock and eshopps skimmer. Thanks for the help.

with enough fully cured live rock there will be very little cycle if not one at all there will beenough bacteria totake care of small amounts of bio load, just the transport of the rock from the lfs to his house caused some die off in the rock , and if no nitrates or ammonia showing he should be ok and most likely wont see a cycle

You missed the point. If he has those bacteria... they will convert the ammonia to nitrite to nitrate. Thus, he shouldn't see any spike or build in ammonia or nitrite. He WOULD see the end product building... nitrate.
