You want a reef tank not a green house

Keep an eye on the used equipment forum here and you will eventually score a nice, known brand, t5 fixture on the cheap. One of the last things you want to skimp on is your light if you're planning on keeping corals.

If you're looking for an inexpensive, but made for a saltwater aquarium T5 light fixture, try fishneedit.com. I run their 2ft. 4 bulb T5 fixture over my 20 gallon frag tank, and can grow almost anything in it, from mushrooms to torch corals to birdsnest. Although it doesn't have individual reflectors for each bulb, the reflector is much better than the ones in other fixtures, IME/IMO. You can chose your own color combination for the bulbs. It's a very easy to work on fixture as well. Everything is packaged very well, and shipped quickly. For what you pay, his fixtures are definitely worth it.

Thanks for the suggestion

I saw your post over on A.R.C. Have you looked into the MM LEDs? There are some for sale for around $160. Don't know if that is within your price range or not, but they work extremely well and will make a big difference in your tank.

Right now my price range is $0.00. I'm trying to change that by selling my old 26 gallon bow tank and stand. Anyone want it? $100 flat cash

Your params look ok to support it. I would raise the salt to 1.025 though slowly over time (1.023 is low). And try to get your nitrates down, but 20ppm is not bad for canister filtration I suppose (you might not be able to get it lower than 20 using a canister so do not sweat it too much, focus on the salt first).
Here's a reputable on line fish, inverts and coral place that MANY of us on reef central buy from (amongst others). Here is their care sheet on your specific anemone species http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/p...619&pcatid=619
