Blasting aptasia with boiling RO/DI water via baster or syringe has always been my favorite method (wear gloves)... and it's free. Regarding the ones in the overflow box... remove it and spray it out with a garden hose, then fill it with some hot water and wipe it clean with some paper towels. While this is one of the worst cases I've seen, still I see no reason to have to break down the entire system and start over.
Aptasia breakouts like this don't just happen overnight. It takes a lot of neglect and procrastination to let it get this far. You also need to get your nutrient levels under control as well, as you have a lot of brown slime and some cyano. For a tank that has been setup for a year there seems to be a lack of coraline algae build up, so maybe start testing for calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium. Dose accordingly. I mention all of these things because aptasia seems to thrive in poor water conditions. As soon as your tank husbandry skills increase, you will see some positive results in your tank.
