@afernandez.. I'll be waiting on your NEW BUILD!! Woooohooo!!

So today I worked on all the LED's fixtures and hanging them up. Next will be to plumb DA ANIMAL to the sump, add sand and then the aquascaping. Water is already being made. Yeah I know, I was going to go BB but I want some wrasse's in this tank!!

DA ANIMAL 60G Frag Tank..

OPG, will you be building something around the LEDs so the LEDs won't be shining in your eyes?

@AriMiko.. I'm hanging in there bro. I took a few days off to observe his passing and while doing so, it gave me a chance to jump on the tank. Sometimes the best & creative time is being by yourself. Thank You for asking bro.

@Awibrandy.. actually I have something in mind that I seen on Rkragozler's tank. Just have to find out where to get it. So HD will be my next stop today to inquire. Besides, I need to get a few things from them to finish the build.

So today I retested the Pukani Rock and I can't seem to get the P04 down past 0.12 after doing another w/c on it this weekend. What I'm thinking is happening is because since there is no skimmer or phosphate control media its just lingering. I think it will be fine once inside the tank because of the sheer water volume and once a skimmer and P04media is added. We'll see.

May I suggest you don't put any sand in the tank with the rocks until you get the P04 down.

Doing the reefer happy dance for you!!! Congrats!!! Can't wait to see it stocked. I'm surprised your tangs haven't put a hit out on you...look how long they've waited for this. lol They're probably pacing in the frag tank drooling at their future home.

Have you decided what you will be adding to the tank first after cycle has completed? As in a favorite piece of coral/favorite fish to document/celebrate this special occasion? An achilles maybe? lol

Don't get confused bro. What I do sometimes, is take a break from all the research and reading and then follow up on it the next day. I even reread it to make sure I understand, then I try to have a disscussion about it with a reefer buddy.. OR post a question about it.
