Tom is still around, I just spoke with him last month PM me and when I find his number I will give it to you. I think he still helps out at Socaltropicalfish. For those who are equipment junkies and would like to see a Bubble King next to a ATB and actually touch it versus reading about it, socal is the place. PS I do not or have not worked there or get anything from them but great customer service that I pay for.

I ordered the JNS WS-1 about two weeks ago, but it hasn't arrived yet.

JNS actually made most of the Warner Marine skimmers. (Not the K2 cone, but most of the others). They also make the Aquamaxx line.

The JNS HOB-1 is the Hang on back skimmer that looks like the Warner Marine H2 (and Aquamaxx).

The JNS WS-1 is actually a skimmer that goes in the sump or in-tank itself. Hopefully it will perform well. I haven't received the skimmer yet.

JNS WS-1 looks sweet

I'm sure it will be polished to perfection. Give us a report when you get it!

I'm going to try out a cadlights PLS100 pipeless this weekend to see what it can do. Not sure about the pump though or the tiny holes in the bubble plate. I'll report back when I get it.

Happy Reefing

Tivo

I like my aquamaxx HOB-1. It's a design marvel of HOB and performs like a beast!
Just find an off-beat vendor and you'll be good (well I know you already ordered JNS-WS1, but whomever will be looking after).
