Can you adjust the flow down a little bit. Before this though go ahead and siphon / remove some of that.

How did you cure your rock/sand?

Just trying to figure out what is causing the high amount of nutrients. Does not sound like you are over feeding.

Did you get a chance to cut back the lighting some yet?

Yes i cut back the lighting to like 6 hrs. Also i used live rock from my old tank that had been sitting out and dried. Sand was just dry sand

IMO... and in my tank. Yes it will. That would strip all the good critters I have in the bottom of my sand bed.

For what it's worth, all the above suggestions are valid. I might mention that sometimes a 2-3 day light out period can help you to get a grip on the problem so that your other treatments can be more effective. Keep in mind though that something has caused the problem in the first place and that if that is not identified the problem will probably keep arising.

So I was wondering what a good pump would be to run for my tank plus add on something to run a brs biopellet reactor and a tls phosban reactor. There is 40 inches from the pump to the output
