If your worried about Fluoride life must be hard. Brush your teeth with baking soda?

RODI is not good for your health. RO water is good for drinking.

I thought we were talking about tds in tap water, how did we get off track talking about well water and Chernobyl of all things?

Ask yourself if were to put 2 glass in front you one is purified distill with 0 tds and the other tap water with lets say 750 tds. What would you choose? That's what my point was.

LOL...I guess we were trying to point out the importance of knowing what are those TDS, or I should say not knowing what they are in you Tap water when it comes to reef tanks.

And you're right RO is better for drinking as there is mineral you need, I'm just use to answering what is the best water for saltwater aquarium.

I drink bottled water.

Do you swallow your tooth paste when you brush your teeth? I sure don't, and if a tiny amount did get down my pipe oh well, but I wouldn't want to drink water with that crap on a consistent basis through out the day on a daily basis.
