Wow, very impressive setup. I'm especially loving that sump.

I did design the sump. Emailed a drawing and dimensions i wanted. Awesome company to deal with. I think it was a little over 300 plus shipping. So far i am very happy with it.

Thanks. One of my goals was neat wiring. Got a lot of ideas from reefcentral.

Updated tank pic. Picked up some frags over the weekend at a frag swap. Everything is growing and looking pretty good. Knock on wood!

Shamus's Rimless 60 Gallon Cube Build

I want updating. I'll be watching

Love that Synergy sump. You're using the switches for ATO? What pump? Reservoir?

I will try to get you updated pics soon. Everything is going good. Getting my dosing dialed in. Got a new Synergy dosing container that is sweet. Yes I use my apex to control 3 float switches, 20 gallon brute can in closet behind tank and a BRS pump for my ATO. Works great. 3 float switches for redundancy.

Update with some pics. I finally got my dosing container. It was built by Synergy Reef Systems to match my sump and fit into the space I have. Got my dosing pumps dialed in and Alk and calcium seem to be stable. I also got my fuge going and the cheato has been growing like crazy. I am using a little led light made by Wavepoint. Seems to be working. My clowns have been spawning every 2 weeks and most of the corals are growing, so I am happy!

Can you tell me where you got those wire organizers, or at least what they are called? I'm looking for something like that for my current build but I can't find it.

I got those on eBay. Type in open slot cable raceway panduit style. There are different sizes. I will recommend that you get bigger than I did. I have the 2 inch x 2 inch and they barely fit all my cables. I think I paid $20

Thanks. I did a lot of reading before I set up this tank. I still have a few things to tweak when I get time. I hope to add more sps and get rid of a few lps that I have.

Stand is 37.5 wide X 25 deep X 33 tall. The top is an inch bigger than the stand. I used rocketengineers plans and used 2x4's and plywood. I had the 3 doors made. I made it bigger so I could fit a sump and electrical and not be too cramped for space. I am glad I didn't go 24x24 because space gets used up fast.

Thanks. I read this forum and researched a lot before I jumped in. I am happy with the turnout. Tank is maturing and corals are growing.

That would be cool in a classroom. Its a good size to have fun and easy to maintain. Good luck.
