Tank looks good so far. I agree on taking back the PBT. if you could get the clowns out and put them in a QT/hospital tank it would easier to treat them for whatever illness they may have. Most of us have learned the hard way on the importance of a strict quarantine routine. There is a lot of good information here on RC in the stickies at the top of the forums. If it wasn't for RC I would have thrown in the towel years ago. Today reef keeping is my passion and an endless hobby of excitement. It requires a lot of dedication, research, and patience. Most LFS are just trying to make a buck and will often give bad advice to make a sale.
I agree the last pic you posted kinda looks like lymphocystis. Clowns are also particularly prone to brookynella (another disease that can cause white lesions, but fish usually get pretty ill and often die). I'm not a fish disease expert, but many on this site. With the exception of the proven effective methods outlined in the stickies, be cautious about taking advice without doing your own research.
