I agree if there are no other heavy appliances on the circuit it should be ok. A few lights is nothing.

I was going to say that as long as you have enough draw, the only issue that I was going to see was that, in most states, it would be a code violation to not have the refrigerator on a dedicated breaker, but if you found it to be tied to the lights instead, score (as long as you have the draw for it).
