I called and talked to Steve at SCA and he will be sending a new tank out next Monday. I found it a little strange though when he said they would inspect the tank before shipping it out this time. I guess the manufacturer sends them the tanks and they never actually look to make sure there is no damage.

It comes from China and I doubt Steve opens the crates and inspects.
