![]() The stand is 38" tall. I had it custom-made @ a cabinet shop, and had it made taller than standard stands so people wouldn't have to hunch over. My husband anchored it to a stud in the wall for stability. |

![]() This was a day after I move into the new tank, still building it up, no handles on the bottom doors, not much rock in that pic, stand and canopy get the job done. Also forgive me for the all-around room construction going on in that pic too! ![]() I give kudos to the builder of that first stand in this thread, wow thats amazing! |

Xtm-
Mine was about $200 total for the stand. We, however, were given a deal, as both my husband and I worked for a huge pet store that included fish department and knew the custom cabinet makers. I'm not sure how much it would be regularly or now; the stand is over two years old. |

Nice stands.
Here is the stand I built for the 70g I am working on. It's temp home in the kitchen ![]() ![]() Here it is in place. ![]() The hood above it is mounted to the wall on a hinge for easy access. ![]() I may add some hardware to the doors, I have not decided yet.

I really like your stand/tank setup. Simple yet still looks good.
