I'm knew to diving. Can you still go in the great barrier reef? Or is it of limits.

This makes me want to get certified and move to Austrailia reallllllllly bad. I'm looking into a foriegn exchange program now :]
I might have to wait for college though (I'm a junior in highschool now) but this has definitly gone on my bucket list. Thanks for the great pictures and keep it up!

Wish I had time to take some shots during my ReefCheck training dives up in Port Douglas, QLD. Here's two shots from Green Island off Cairns that I particularly like:

Beautiful blue nem


Gorgeous purple Acro, wish I could've smuggled a frag home

Haha, well technically there are many off-limits areas but also a great many dive/snorkel areas.

I'm from Long Island, NY and lived in Australia for 8 months last year. Scuba'd the Great Barrier Reef and for any divers that have not done so you need to make the trip out there. Most amazing experience of my life.
