Dude I run a HOB aquaclear filter and a HOB skimmer on my seahorse tank. Yes it has non stinging corals too. My seahorses are as happy as can be and have NEVER had any issues with water quality. They also pop fry about every 2 weeks. Don't get me wrong I agree with some points but your a noob if you can't keep a tank stable with decent HOB equipment.
