Weatherson, there is not enough room for two of the mpt-slip fittings that I had to go side by side.

I need to find some nipples without a hex on them and then cut them in half. The ones I have now, have a hex section on them. Event that interferes with the one next to it.

I think I still like the trade off in order to minimize the size of this. Once I get the right fittings, it wil be great.

Yea, I did that on the fitting I got, but it just does not look as nice. Plus it takes an extra 3 minutes.

Just have to do it 7 more times.

Cutting them in half looks like the way to go.

AcroSteve, I would check a few more hardware stores for nipples. I have several laying around that don't have hexes on them.

Pictured on Page 30 are the custom threaded 45's Acrosteve was asking about. They were built for me and it worked out so so well I couldn't be happier with the 4 way the revolutions and the great customer service Paul provided.
Thankyou

I just wanted to comment on the EXCELLENT customer support, Paul provides. He runs a class operation, and I would gladly purchase from him again.

My 8-way is all plumbed in and running great. I have some pictures of the plumbing on the following link.

I only have 1 revolution. I dont think my pump is strong enough it will not rotate all the time. It starts to rotate and when it gets to about 90 deg it stops and wont rotate. I have looked at it and there is nothing inside to stop it. Maybe Paul will no why. I will show some more pics whem everything settles. I just transfered everthing over so the tank is cloudy.
