Thinking about getting 2 x Reef Breeders 120watt Bridgelux Value LED for my 75 Gallon. Should I get 120 or 90 degree optics?

Yes, I found it thank you.
I think two 24 in would work well on my 125g tank. I emailed reef breeders about tehm so waiting for details.

I was looking for 24in light for awhile and found this one:

12x Cool White LEDs run at 3W each
12x Blue LEDs run at 3W each
6 x Royal LEDs run at 3W each
12 x Warm white LEDs run at 3W each
2x Red LEDs run at 3W each
2x UV LEDs run at 3W each
2x Green LEDs run at 3W each

Glisten R2 supply suitable environment marine tank & fresh
tank, With the Sunrise , Sunset, moonlight and thunderstorm
etc. Effect 3 times more than other coral light.

Use the newest and popular technology DMX & PMW
control way. 4 channels, each channel can dimmer &
timer, with 2.4G WIFI wireless control,Intelligent &
Multiple-Join technology, Let your coral tank grow
light in automatic condition

Length: 24 inches
Width: 6.2 inches
Height: 2.75 inches
Weight: 22 pounds

Glad I seen this!! Was just about to pull to trigger on 2 of the IT2040, but I reckon the 36" version of this range will be better for my 4ft tank. Works out at 11 leds less but looks like will get a lot better coverage. Plus would work out $100 odd cheaper at least and would only have one controller to mess with instead of two! 2 weeks to wait then.....

Just hope reef builders translate thier custom layont onto this fitting. (or Bhazard...!)

That light looks interesting. I would have wanted at least 2 more violets, but I like it.

On the IT2040. I changed the out puts in the custom mode to meet my sunrise to sun set effect. After each change I hit the save button but last night we had a power outage. Now all the settings went back to the factory settings. Is there a way to keep your settings?

Did you get a price quote on this light? Does it say anything about being able to customize the colors? If possible can you PM me a link to it.. That sounds interesting and would work well for my 5' 150. Thanks

Bhaz which blue is best to use for the moonlights?

I found out you can use the moonlights blue in your white to blue ratio cause they run at full strength with the blue channel ....

Has anyone received the replacement part for the evergrow clock issue? I got the part from them but one of the connector on the top left corner goes from 3 pin to 4 pin. The orientation also reversed. Does anyone know how to connect this?

thank you.

bhazard, hope your life is getting back to some kind of normal after Sandy, don't know how you find the time for answering all questions thrown your way! You do not except PM's and I can see why your a very popular Reefer so hence this message to you. Seems you have built many DIY Led systems and I would like to pick your brain about buying a discarded project, kit or complete. I realize you may not be in a position to do this but have to ask anyway. Would rather buy a custom DIY set up now than to buy a over the counter unit and be unhappy. Interested in talking or corresponding about this shoot me an E-Mail at lonr@genext.net Thanks, Lon

You meant the bottom left one? No, its also 4 pins. The other two on the rights are connected to the power supply. This 3pins are coming out from a black box that look like a relay but its covered.

I was lucky. I only lost 1 piece, but the rest of the fish and coral survived a 3 day outage. Some people are still without power. Still a gas crunch, but not too bad in my area.

It's not that I don't take PMs, reef central put me on a probation period for mentioning banned site names multiple times. I wont be able to pm for months.

If you can build your own, go DIY. If not, these lights are the best option if you want your own custom layout of leds.

I put the IT2040 over one side of my 120 gallon tank I just started as a temp light, and 2-3 of them could EASILY light the tank and grow SPS. I want absolute total control though, so it will eventually be a DIY fixture with 6 channels of colors.
