My 75 was built and started in April 07. All my corals started as small frags. In September of this year I upgraded to the 180.

By the time I disassembled the 75 I was using 2 X Koralias #4 and 1 X Koralia #3.

I'm running 2 X VorTech WP40 on the 180.

Sorry for the double post, but I forgot to mention the lights. For the 75 I used the Tek Light, 6 X 54 Watts T5s. I'm running 8 X 80 Watts T5s on the 180.

For that beauty is that all your useing, amazing, I am planning a tank around that syle but 50g with 6x39(if you dont mind me asking what bulbs you using and whats the spectrum on them?) and 2x Tunze nano streamer 2055 and 2x boyu WM-1(6000l/h).

Will this work well for sps? Thanks

For my 75 I had following bulb combo from front to back:
ATI Blue Plus
Giesemann 14k
GE6,500
URI 75/25
Giesemann 14k
ATI Blue Plus

For my 180 I'm using from front to back:
ATI Blue Plus
ATI Blue Plus
ATI Aquablue Spezial
GE 6.500
ATI Blue Plus
ATI Aquablue Spezial
ATI Blue Plus
ATI Blue Plus

I like the color of the ATI bulbs much more than the Giesemann.

As for flow and SPS, whew....I'm only a newbie. I learned that when you start off with frags, and they begin to grow, you have to increase your flow as they grow bigger. So far my 2 VorTech are more than enough. I also have very good flow from my return line. I actually built 2 small spray bars, so that the entire back of the tank is getting flow through them in all different directions. I'm sure as my corals grow I'll have to increase the flow. Will decide what to use when the time comes.

My 200 was started in April 2002.
But over the years has undergone many changes.
Currently the tank is illuminated with 4x250w XM 10.000 °K and 8x39w ATI blue plus.
The movement is entrusted to 2x6100 + 2x6200 turbelle stream TUNZE
