My Vegas will be here Thursday. I ordered an EXT rail and hanging system and already have a solution in place to hang them, so I expect to have them mounted on Thursday. I'm taking the before shots tonight with my current 250w Phoenix Metal Halide and VHO setup and will take the after pics with the Vegas on Thursday evening, hopefully. I'll be sure to post them up once I have them.

Mine will be here Thursday as well. I have 6 AI Sol Blues on my 180, so I can swap in some Vegas and take pics. I'm actually thinking of taking the day off.

What's the consensus on the Blue's versus Colors's?
I'm pretty much sold on these but not sure which ones to go with.

Can someone confirm that you can use the existing AI SOL rails with the new Vegas?

Thanks. That would have been a deal breaker for me. I didn't want to spend more money and a headache trying to redo my whole hanging fixture on 20' ceiling...

FTS!!!!

I think its pretty lame that they charge you an extra $80 on top of the $500 just to control the light, but I do want to see this thing in action.

This thread should be called the "I'm going to order an AI Vega Thread" since it contains no AI Vega Owners, no pictures, no info and no nothing whatsoever.

Kinda hard to have pics and reviews when nobody has received their fixtures yet. I'm sure as people get them they will be posting in this thread to let us know what they think about them.

why would that guy waste time making a youtube video of his fixture doing a light show....? Maybe use that time to hang your fixture...than take a video.

These units are beautiful, with packaging, design, videos and a website worthy of Apple products, except for how little info they seem to provide. It's all very superficial information on the site.

That said, I ordered a set sight unseen!
Thats the first thing I thought when I saw the reveal pics someone posted on page 2!

Somebody in this thread got 4 of them on the 7th. Not that they owe us pics or anything but they shared how they look coming out of the box atleast

With such little info at there, how are people making their decisions on which ones to get? Color vs Blue?
Also, is it safe to assume that the standard 1.5 to 1 ratio is still accurate when comparing the Vega to a Radion?
The Vega has 20 LED's to the Radion's 34.

Just trying to do my homework before jumping into such a large investment.
