that nem is bleached white! Yikes.
you can do whatever you want with your tank of course. Why make a lot of posts about it in this thumbing your nose at everyone way?
Either you're just a troll or you are just this way in real life.....

If you used all live rock and sand and had a very short transportation time for it I suppose its possible you would only experience a very small cycle which the fish could live through. That said I'd say its unlikely that you wouldn't experience a cycle strong enough to at least stress your fish. Just keep a very close eye on everything. Test often and don't add any livestock for at least a few weeks.

Are you feeding the bta? If so then what and how often? The part other than it is very bleached is that every pick you post shows the bta in a new spot which means it is unhappy.

Also what are your cal, alk, and mag readings?

to be very honest with you my camera isn't all that good the colors don't show all the way but my gbta isn't as white as it seems in the picture. It's a light green only thing that bothers me is that it doesn't bubble like it's supposed to be. haha I've been trolling for too long...

i'd say 10 min drive for transportation. Haven't had anything die yet... it has been a month and 2 days. I appreciate the advice, test results have been quite stable imo.

I feed my gbta mysis shrimp about one or two shrimps and 3 times a week. It has only moved twice but it's been in the same spot for a week or two now and I think we're good.

salinity: 1.026
temp: about 82 F
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 10
calc: 480
alk: 9
ph: 8.2
mag: unknown

You should test your mag. That is an important as your other elements. Also, btas aren't 'supposed' to bubble. Some do and some don't.

Is it just me or is the nem/clown hosting pic showing the nem to the far left of then tank, right against the glass whereas the full shots show the nem in the middle of the tank.... Looks like its 2 different tanks.

here's a more accurate pic of what the color really is but even then the camera still doesn't do justice.

I feed phytoplankton 3 times a week... Would that help? There is algae on glass and along with coralline algae on the rocks and what not
