I have a 40b, 20h sump with refugium and sea clone skimmer about 50-60 lbs of live rock LPS zoas and mushrooms right now with a pair of b/w ocellaris. I want to add more so I made a list... It has a lot but I don't intend to put all in there just pick which would best suit the tank.
Shrimp/goby pair Cleaner shrimp (skunk maybe?) Clown goby Purple dotty back Blenny (starry/sail fin/bicolor) Lantern basslet Royal gramma Fire fish |

steve, i've been considering a lawnmower blenny. i read where they need an established tank. i used much of the live rock from my two small tanks in my new 75g. how long does it take to reach the "established" stage, if you can even estimate that?
right now my fish consist of: 1 orange spotted goby 2 snowflake clowns 1 royal gramma 1 longnosed hawkfish thanks!

6'L x 2' W x 18" H 135 gallon tank; same footprint as a 180 minus 6" in height. Will be mixed reef LPS, SPS and few zoas. 100lbs of rock. 100lbs of sand.
Currently have in QT from my last tank: - Acanthurus tennenti 3.5" - Gramma loreto - 2x ocellaris Planned fish to be added: - Paracanthurus hepatus - Melichthys indicus - Geniacanthus lamarck - 4x Gramma loreto for total of 5 or should I do 3? - 3x Sargocentron sp. Striped Squirrelfish - Halichoeres iridis - Halichoeres chrysus Other fish considered: - Acanthurus leucosternon - Acanthurus pyroferus - Forcipiger Flavissimus - Hemitaurichthys polylepis - Melichthys vidua - Xanthichthys auromarginatus - Xanthichthys ringens Will my planned fish work in this tank? I feel like it may be a little too much with the two tangs, trigger and angel. If so what would be a better stocklist including the other fish I have considered? |
