10-12" is no issue thats small distance. if you mean 10-12' we can only give same answer all wireless device manufacturers give "depends on enviromental factors" thick walls steel frames other interference from other wireless devices.

In theory no issue, but everyones house is different.

Would some of the more seasoned Mitras users be willing to review it and let me know your thoughts?

I am running it on a 60 cube on High Output mode at %75. I am running clouds every 30 seconds with a max dimming of %20 to acclimate everything in my tank. Thanks for the idea reefmutt!!! I think I will run clouds every time I add new corals to the tank and gradually decrease the dimming over time, at least until GHL adds the acclimation function to the firmware

My Mitras is 12" off the water and I am also running (4) 24w T5s with it to smooth everything out. They are 2 ATI Blue+ and 2 Giesemann Pure Actinic.

I appreciate any feedback and thanks!

Don
Hey Don.. I think that I would have to load that file into my friends' lap top to view the program, so I can't say that I will ever be reviewing it..
Sorry..

Nevertheless Americans can order from EU online shops if they don't mind the shipping. ;-)) sorry AQD_ottawa ;-))

sorry for late reply

the pucks are 5" apart center to center and the fixture is 13.15" long

Any update on release date for Wireless PC USB adapter (for the none Profilux owners) Having to connect the USB cable to my lights is getting pretty annoying.

when we have a date this thread will be the first to know, nothing from GHL as yet however. They are finalizing the Profilux one first.

Please go to the GHL store link add the product to the cart and try and select USA as a shipping country, its not listed, only European countries are.

We are the distributors for North America so work with GHL directly for all products at this time its not a listed product, the biggest issue is shipping size at an affordable rate that makes the product commercially viable.

I don't wanna spoil this thread, sorry.
I was not talking about the GHL store in particular.
I respect your business and will not go further in this.

ProfiLux Control 6 is completely renewed with the Light Composer from GHL Control Center.

You will be able to load Mitras *.lpc files in the new version of ProfiLux Control and easily set up the Illumination with ProfiLux Control.

The ProfiLux Computer will work as master and control all your Mitras lamps (they should be set to slave mode).

The thunderstorm synchronisation between ProfiLux and Mitras is also implemented.

Each Illumination channel can be separately controlled and set up directly from ProfiLux Control.

You can also use our smartphone apps to manually control the brightness of each channel.

New versions of profilux control, profilux and mitras firmware will be available to download within a shortly at www.aquariumcomputer.com

So, is the profilux enabled with android and apple apps?

So, if I had a profilux, could I program my lights from my iPad by connecting wirelessly to the profilux?
