Mike,
I have a few questions I would love to know the answers to if you have time: 1. Have you ever measured the PAR throughout your tank? If so, what measurements did you get, i.e. what PAR levels are the various corals under? 2. How long is your photoperiod? 3. What, and how often do you feed? 4. How much, and how often do you dose Acropower? 5. What are your nitrate and phosphate levels? Thanks for any answers you can give. |

The lights run for 11 hours per day on a split schedule to keep it on while I'm home in the morning and evening. I feed a special blend Elite Reef makes everyday along with coral foods a couple times a day. I dose a cap full every week. Both always at zero. Michael Rice Elite Reef, Denver Colorado |

I forgot to mention, the Zetlight UFO fan was rubbing on the housing which I believe ended up causing it to slow and lose the ability to cool the fixture. It no longer runs for more than half hour with out heating up and shutting down due to thermal protection.
Back to the trusted Kessil A350. Michael Rice Elite Reef, Denver Colorado |

Had to move some chalice around this week to keep them from over growing each other.

I ended up moving this tank down to the LFS I work at, Elite Reef in Denver, Colorado.
A couple of things bleaches out after the move but seem to be recovering well. If you're in the area, stop by and check it out at our brand new shop! Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk |

Testing out a new light over this tank. Very interesting innovation.

My refugium light went out this week. I didn't have enough Kessil lighting on it already though, so I added an H80 to run the refugium. It's a pretty interesting little light. Can't wait to see how it performs...

24 hours after putting the A80 on my refugium and the cyano that's been on my sand lately is gone. Coincidence?
