S3al:
What's the latest on the tank? How is your Vortech holding up?
Any new critters in your tank.

I picked up some soft coral:
Ricordia, yuma (2)
Button polyps
Pulsing Xenia
Colt Coral

It's been a few weeks. So far so good. One of my Emerald crabs tried to chow down on the Xenia (I lost a previous one like this). So I promptly scooped him up in my net and hanged it on the glass for a quick time out. He squeezed out within 5 minutes but he has not bothered the Xenia since.

One of the Ricordia disconnected from the rock it was on. Not sure how. Could have been one of my Emerald crabs. It settled on the sand but now it's gone. Not sure if they normally do that.

Deltec MCE600 skimmer is working like a champ (a bit noisey though). I have had to add Calcium every day now and PH fluctuates more than I'm used to. I think it's because of the skimmer. I've been compensating with Kent's Calcium and add baking soda every so often for PH.
