Here is my tank. Its a custom 80 gallon starphire. I should get new pics with all the lights on. I have different corals now too. The tank is 48" x 22" x 18." I love the fact that it is only 18" tall. It is so easy to reach the sandbed if need be. Being 22" wide is also nice. It has a neat field of depth look to it.
I had a standard 90 gallon tank before and disliked the standard dimensions for the above reasons. |

I took a new picture. You can see the difference in the bulbs as they break in.
This is the new pic, And the old pic when the bulbs were newer,

Haha, i'd have to agree from the price at my LFS.
What type of flow do you guys have in your aquariums? I'm debating over my multiple options for my 75 gallon aquarium. |

Well I over killed it with flow in my tank I use a mag 12 as a return pump so with the hight its prob about 1000 gph and then I have 2 vortech 20 that do about a 1000 gph each or total I have about 3000 gph in my tank. So in an hour my tank circles about 40 times....LOL OVER KILL!!!

I just changed over from a 40 breeder to a 75. Here's a pic:
I built the stand at 41" tall. I now have to build the top part. When it is finished, it will look like a single unit with flush doors and only the front of the tank visible. |

Thanks! I think I need some more rock and some adjustments to the scape. Anyhow, the tailspot blenny eats whatever I throw in there at this point (flake, frozen mysis & brine shrimp, pellets, etc.). I've had it for two years now. It spends a lot of time cruising around picking at stuff on the rocks. In fact, they can live off of that alone, but some extra food helps. Definitely one of the coolest fish, especially when they back into holes in rocks. Yours should start eating, and it's a great sign that it's swimming in the open. Enjoy!

Here's mine, been up since Jan of this year. Most of what you see was in a 58g for 3 yrs. Also, I slacked off on maintenance recently and as a result have lost 7 fish and all my LPS(3 brains, galaxea, a massive hammer, and a good sized frogspawn).
