mhx file

Attempting to get wi fi connected. Noticed that since I started attempting a few days ago firmware 01 is available. I have 1.00 and 1.00 manual.
Tried downloading 1.01 but comes as a mhx file which my win pc does not recognize or open? How do I get mhx file open for firmware upgrade. Frustrated at support over at GHL which is a mystery to me.

JimEvt,

1.02 is the present firmware for the Doser 2. That'll be in included with Control Center V 1.0.6.0.

After GHL Control Center V 1.0.6.0 has been installed. You'll find Firmware V 1.02. within folder - Program Files (x86)\ GHLControlCenter_V1060\ Firmware\ GHL Doser 2

Follow the information on GHL's forum for guidance.

go to the forum (english) and sign up, you need to wait maybe 24 hours for the auto spam bot to accept you, if not accepted within 24 hours then pm me.

we cant offer much support here as it would make the whole forum become a support site when we already have a dedicate one. Hope thats ok

all the best

Disconnecting itself from the novoprene tubing, no. Is there any slack or do you have a tight line from the pump heads to your dosing containers?

yes there is some slack, as the unit is under my system, and has to pump it up to it, as i have no sump. I have tryed using backflow valves. Also its only one of the pumps that does it. There dosent seem to be any resistance in the tube, i can easely blow air through it, and the liquid seems to run throught it as the same speed as the other pumps (when you calibrate it). The novoprene tubing isent disconection it self, its my tubing, that is put onto that small plastic hose connecter part, that keeps getting pushed off.

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't know how long I have to return it, if something delays the release I'm sitting on a very expensive paper weight.

If the unit is faulty it can be returned for replacement, but as the unit is functional and sold as advertised (which it has been) there is no real return to be honest if you are not wanting to use the functions available.

The unit works 100% with apple with windows environments and the cloud based software is coming out plus Iphone apps.

Please sign yourself up to the beta tests, I thinks thats a far more positive step

all the best
Michael

Will do! Set up looks intense. I too have an iPhone which is why I have an Android tablet for these things. Works with other stuff too and relatively inexpensive. (Still looking forward to the iPhone app. Probably will beta test when unit comes in.) Go GHL!
