when I got the reply that "This colony is striking blue with Solid Blue Eyes." I figured that the entire eye was blue. Most of the blue/red zoas though are red with a blue "patch"

I stole this picture off of someone in the selling section... The zoas to the right are ALMOST EXACTLY what mine look like. Mine seem to have smaller diameters of blue.

Ok I admit to a bit of photoshopping (in paint it though). I took multiple pictures and had to put them together like a puzzle.

Well I just fragged for the first time in my life.
I made some Zoa, Kenya Tree, Paly, and GSP frags. I think I did a good job .

I'll post some pictures of them tomorrow.

sweet tank K. One of those frags may be mine btw my first experience was pretty funny. I watched how they fragged Xenia on garf, how the guy juts cut it and grabbed the xenia with tongs as it floats on by.....rofl, I tried the same thing and lost it for two days in the tank.

They like to be in low light in my tank. I have a huge colony of RPE mixed with some type of brown paly. They arent doing too well though because of being so high up in the tank. I need to find something to do with that, but I dont want to move the rock

Dont worry though. Your frag came from the really nice small colony I have at the bottom of the tank.

low light? That's great I have plenty of that. Hey btw, where do you keep your tubbs? I'm trying to find a good spot for my 3 polyp frag. I tried the bottom and they weren't very happy, now they are middle and doing so so, at least the diamond goby is not dropping sand all over them anymore. Maybe I'll move them up tomorrow, I can never seem to get all three polyps open at the same time.

To be honest.. my tubbs are going crazy. IDK whats goin on with them

The most recent picture I have they look great.. but now they are starting to fade... I've been moving it around but no luck... I'm going to try and stick it under alot of shade tomorrow. Its annoying because ALL my other zoas are looking great, except my favorite tubbs

Ok... I've made a decision. I'm going to make a Zoanthid "Garden" in my tank. Its going to be in the center of the tank starting from my sandbed, working its way up to my Radioactive Dragon Eye colony. What do you guys think?

Seahorses? Pretty cool. Yeah I'm gonna have the center of the tank be a zoa garden, and the left side just a bunch of softies. I might stick a big toadstool on top of the zoa garden, near where my crappy RPE colony is right now.

I just noticed that I used a rock with RPE to hold another rock up way at the bottom. The polyps on that rock are SOO MUCH prettier and brighter than the other ones. I'm gonna let them grow out a bit and sell some more.

Ok i just ordered some AWESOME stuff for mrcorals.com. I plan on ordering some more stuff tomorrow, and hopefully being eligible for the free shipping they offer (even though my zipcode is RIGHT outside of their barrier line, they might work with me)

I will post pics ASAP

Aww well my Fire and Ice Yuma Ricordea that I bought was "not healthy enough" to be shipped so I was refunded and I'm just replacing it with some zoas.

Cant wait to get all my zoas in!!!! I'm way too excited lol.

I also moved some frags off my sandbed today, and onto the flat rock to the left. I also got my package from BRS today with my frag rack. That is going to help me keep a nice clear sand bed. I have to say, a nice, clean, and clear sand bed looks AWESOME. I love having the tank nice an open and not looking so cluttered with a bunch of frag disks.

It looks SOOO much better in peron and really is a darker red. My camera phone picked it up as orange for some reason.

Here's a pic I fooled around with. Looks pretty cool

Hey buddy your tank is AWESOME! I just wanted to let you know all the frags I got from you last week are doing excellent. You did great work and I look forward to getting more stuff from you so keep me posted when you have any more up for grabs =). The biggest problem I'm having is leaving them alone lol. I can never get it to look just the way I want so I end up moving stuff around a little too much I think. I suppose I should just let them sit where they are and grow out a little more before I go moving them around a bunch more but I can't help it. I obsess over it lol. I just moved them around a little tonight. But I want to do like you were saying and make a zoo garden. I'm not confident enough to do any sort of fraging of my own yet. Maybe sometime I could bring you a nice sized rock and just leave it with you for a while and you could attach a few zoas to it each time you frag stuff and then I would have a rock with a mix on it haha. Well for now I'm putting the discs on rocks and hoping eventually stuff will move on to the rock from the disc. Anyways you do great work, make sure to let me know when you get some more stuff for sale. I'll post up some pics when I get some decent ones. My camera takes bad pictures through the tank. I need to figure that out..they get blurry so I need a new camera or figure out how to do it with mine.

Ha. Thanks Roman. I sent you a PM by the way. You're gonna be happy about that . I would say the less you play with them, the faster they'll go. Just put them in good flow and medium to high light and you'll be fine. I'm rediculously excited for my zoas to come in next week. It will basically be the huge foundation to the zoanthid garden I'm looking for. I just want to get them in, and a year to pass, so they're REALLY grown out lol.

But yeah, I'm getting some REALLY cool stuff, I cant wait...

Wow forgot I had this here... Not much has happened. Havent really gotten anything new. Planning on getting a QT and a bunch of new fish, and treating them all (along with my current fish) with copper treatment for ich.

My anemone has also split (finally... thing was getting huge). It's going to be going to Joe so hopefully he'll like that bad boy.

I'm really overdue for a water change, I've just been so hectic with school, and I'm going to be coaching a baseball team, so I've got to see if I can squeeze it in this weekend.

How has everyone been?

Well guess who's a daddy!!!
My clownfish just laid eggs for the first time in 2-2.5 years!

Now whether to raise them or not.. hmmm.. I'll have to sleep on it (if that's possible). I have a 40g cube in the basement that I could use. You guys think I should go for it, or is it just not worth it?
