start a new aquarium

Good morning,

I want to start a new aquarium.
I want to use the aquaforest method and I would like to know the initial steps to get off to a good start.
What would you need to start?
the aquarium is 240 gross liters.
light radion 3g pro
skimmer skimmer vertex omega 180

When I start using Pro Bio S? even when? Or always?

Are the same bacteria Bio S and Pro Bio S?

Pro Bio F when I start using it? even when? Or always?
-NP Pro when I start using? even when? Or always?

on the other hand. Would I need Life Bio Fil
* or Zeo Mix from the beginning?

1 drop per 100 liters (27 US gal) daily for first 2 weeks of setting up the aquarium. Shake before use. Additional dose is also recommended after fish loss or fish stock increase and weekly water change.

Of course Bio S and Pro Bio S contains different bacteria. First are nitrifying - second are probiotic.

For start you can use Life Bio Fil. Zeo Mix you can use when you will have much fish or your ammonia will be high.

-i want to say that day 1 i dose with bios until day 14.
-Pro bio s - do i start dosing on the 15th? Or day 1?
- -np pro - do i start dosing it on the 15th? Or day 1?
Is pro bio F used at the same time as -np pro? Or only one.
If yes, do i start dosing it on the 15th? Or day 1?

Bio S - from start to 14 days. After 14 days you can add after water change.
Pro Bio S - you can start to dose from 1st day or from 15.
-NP Pro - you can start to dose from 1st day or from 15.
Pro Bio F -you can start to dose from 1st day or from 15.

You can use this in both ways.

NitraPhos Minus could be used independetly.

If your aquarium matured - your NO2, NH4, ammonia are totally 0 you can add fish and corals.

After 25 days of cycling, I still have ammonia and nitrites.
nh4 - 0.5 mg/l
no3 - 1 mg/l
no2 - 10 mg/l
I have dosed the first 15 days with bio s, pro bio s and -NP Pro, from day 15 only with pro bio s and -NP Pro. Is it normal to have even ammonia and nitrites? Do I have to continue dosing bio s until the ammonia and nitrites disappear?

I think your rock could put something wrong in your water (ammonia, no2,nh4). Sometimes it happened and bacteria needs more time to work on it.
Please don't add corals or fish if your no2, nh4, ammonia are detectable.
